These terms govern use of the service and, where checkout is enabled, orders for digital eSIM products. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Scope and acceptance
CheapESIM.store provides comparison information and may make third-party connectivity products available for electronic purchase. By placing an order, you accept the version shown at checkout and confirm that you can legally enter the transaction. Browsing alone does not create a purchase contract.
Offers, prices and orders
The destination, data allowance, validity, activation policy, network features, total price and any taxes shown before payment form the essential product information. An order is accepted only when it is confirmed after payment authorization and availability checks. If fulfilment is unavailable, the payment is not captured or is returned as appropriate.
Digital delivery
No physical SIM is shipped. The eSIM profile, QR code or manual activation details are made available electronically after successful fulfilment, normally through the purchase email or protected order access. Keep these credentials confidential and contact support rather than publishing them.
Compatibility and activation
Before ordering, verify that the exact device variant supports eSIM, is sufficiently unlocked, and supports the destination networks. Activation can begin on purchase, installation, first network connection or another stated supplier event. Follow the selected plan's rule; deleting an installed profile can make it unusable.
Permitted use and connectivity
Use the product lawfully and do not resell, interfere with networks or bypass plan restrictions. Local operators and suppliers control coverage and network performance, which can vary with location, device, maintenance and congestion. Service descriptions do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage or a particular speed unless expressly stated.
Responsibility, changes and law
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility is limited to foreseeable loss caused by a breach, not independent network conditions or misuse. Updated terms apply prospectively; the recorded order version continues to govern that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Applicable mandatory-law and jurisdiction rules are not displaced.
