Ask what household internet is actually available, whether personal devices may use it, where it reaches and what happens during an outage. Check home roaming and any documented local arrangement first. For a remaining gap, measure ordinary phone tasks over exact arrival, registration, course and private-travel days. Compare those dates with allowance, listed validity and activation trigger, then verify the exact unlocked device. Do not assume renewal, top-up, tethering, continuous indoor signal or that a long placement should be covered by one travel plan. Recheck every live fact before payment.

Continue only when official and household arrangements are complete and web, maps, email or an accepted messaging app remain the bounded need.
